How I Grocery Shop

The best way to grocery shop is to shop on the outside of the grocery store. I stay away from the isles for the most part except for a few essentials like PB2, almond butter and mustard (I really love mustard) hahaha. I stick to real whole foods with minimal & real ingredients! My grocery list looks a bit like the one below, it varies time to time if I am cooking or baking somethingin particular! 

  • Organic pasture raised chicken
  • Organic turkey
  • Salmon
  • Tilapia
  • Tuna
  • Shrimp
  • Spinach
  • Zucchini
  • Asparagus
  • Broccoli
  • Tomatos
  • Radish
  • Avocado
  • Sweet potato
  • PLAIN Almonds/Nuts
  • Raw Almond Butter (only ingredients are almonds)
  • PB2
  • Kite Hill Dairy Free Yogurt
  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
  • Egg whites / Eggs
  • Lemon
  • Cantaloupe
  • Pineapple
  • Banana
  • Raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Strawberries
  • Mango
  • Apples
  • Kombucha
  • Green juices
  • Hummus
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Plain Rolled Oats
  • Lakante Sweetener (shop in previous blog post)

*Note that this is just a BASIC stop to the grocery store, this doesn’t count superfoods, supplements, vitamins or protein powders!
