The best way to grocery shop is to shop on the outside of the grocery store. I stay away from the isles for the most part except for a few essentials like PB2, almond butter and mustard (I really love mustard) hahaha. I stick to real whole foods with minimal & real ingredients! My grocery list looks a bit like the one below, it varies time to time if I am cooking or baking somethingin particular!
- Organic pasture raised chicken
- Organic turkey
- Salmon
- Tilapia
- Tuna
- Shrimp
- Spinach
- Zucchini
- Asparagus
- Broccoli
- Tomatos
- Radish
- Avocado
- Sweet potato
- PLAIN Almonds/Nuts
- Raw Almond Butter (only ingredients are almonds)
- PB2
- Kite Hill Dairy Free Yogurt
- Unsweetened vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
- Egg whites / Eggs
- Lemon
- Cantaloupe
- Pineapple
- Banana
- Raspberries
- Blueberries
- Strawberries
- Mango
- Apples
- Kombucha
- Green juices
- Hummus
- Dijon Mustard
- Plain Rolled Oats
- Lakante Sweetener (shop in previous blog post)
