Even though it tastes amazing, the calories can load up and it ends up actually being super unhealthy. I wanted to make a healthy version, simple recipe. 4 ingredients and you don’t even need to bake it! Just blend! :)
Raw Granola
Ingredients
- 15 dates
- about 1 cup of rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 4 tbsp Lakanto Maple Syrup
- pinch of cinnamon
- chia, flax, hemp seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Pit dates
- Add ingredients to blender
- Blend & Enjoy!
