Instead of posting some sort of dessert or breakfast recipe, I thought I’d show you one of my favorite, super healthy & light salad recipes! This salad is packed with so many vitamins, nutrients and is super simple to make! All clean, light ingredients that are perfect for summer!
Detox Vegan Salad
Ingredients
- Extra firm tofu (seasoned with turmeric, paprika, black pepper & garlic)
- Spinach
- Celery
- Cucumber
- Radish
- Tomato
- Avocado
- Coconut Aminos (for dressing)
Instructions
- Cook the tofu in coconut oil & seasoning.
- Chop veggies.
- Mix all together & dress with coconut amigos
