Super Healthy Protein Pancakes

I’m OBSESSED! These pancakes are high in protein, low in carbs, gluten free, dairy free & sugar free. They’re super filling too and will give you the energy and nutrients you need to help you get through the day or an intense workout! Enjoy!


Protein Pancakes

Time: 5 Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1 scoop plant based protein (chocolate or vanilla works)
  • 1/2 cup dairy free milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

Instructions

  1. Place 1 tsp of vanilla bean ghee butter in a pan and cook for a few minutes on each side.
  2. Add toppings. I added fruit, chocolate mint barleans omega swirl essential women, PB2 (powder peanut butter) and cacao chia/flax blend!
