Raw Dessert Ball/Cookies

These are my go to healthy desserts because I have a huge sweet tooth but that doesn’t mean your desserts have to be unhealthy! These desserts are packed with complex carbs to give you energy and so many vitamins and minerals that actually are extremely healthy for your body. Both desserts have Maca Powder in them which is rich in vitamin B vitamins, C, and E. It provides calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, phosphorous and amino acids. Maca powder also helps regulate women’s hormones. All the desserts I eat are raw vegan just because I am obsessed with raw vegan desserts and I am too lazy to weight for the desserts to bake ;). 

The Oat Cookies:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax seed
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (I used almond butter)
  • 1/3 cup agave
  • 1 Tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • handful of goji berries
  • 90% dark chocolate for topping
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender except the nut butter and the goji berries. Blend.
  2. Add the nut butter and blend.
  3. Stir in goji berries.
  4. Roll into balls and top with a 90% dark chocolate square!

Cinnamon Protein Balls:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used bone broth)
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla ghee butter (optional)
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract


  1. Blend all ingredients except the nut butter, add the nut butter and blend
  2. Roll into balls in cinnamon and cacao mix :)
