I am not a big eater of most granolas because most contain a lot of sugar & added oils which aren’t actually healthy for you, so I like to make my own! This recipe is insanely easy and is super fast. It really only calls for two ingredients but I like to add a few more just to make it a little more flavorful. :)
Healthy Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 2 spotty bananas
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- Rasins (optional)
- Pecans, Almonds, Walnuts (optional)
- Coconut sugar (optional)
- Chia seeds & Flax seeds (optional)
- Dates (optional)
- Coconut (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Either make individual cookies or spread out on a baking sheet as granola.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes (until golden brown).
