Healthy Vegan Brownie & Caramel Date Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 RIPE banana
- 1 cup almond butter
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup/honey
- Dates
- Water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mash banana & almond butter, combined with the rest of the ingredients except the dates and water.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
- Blend dates and water to create a caramel paste.
- Spread caramel sauce on top of the cooked & cooled brownies!
- Store in the fridge.
These brownies are INSANE. They taste like the real deal, super moist and chewy!
