Healthy Vegan Brownie & Caramel Date Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 RIPE banana
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup/honey
  • Dates
  • Water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mash banana & almond butter, combined with the rest of the ingredients except the dates and water.
  3. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Blend dates and water to create a caramel paste.
  5. Spread caramel sauce on top of the cooked & cooled brownies!
  6. Store in the fridge.

These brownies are INSANE. They taste like the real deal, super moist and chewy!
