Raw Vegan Carrot Cake Bites
Ingredients
- About 1 & 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cup oats
- About 15 dates
- 1 TBS Maca Powder
- A big handful of shredded carrots
- 1 TBS flax seed
- 1 TBS chia seed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein
- 1 TBS cinnamon
- 2 TSP ginger
- 2 TSP nutmeg
Instructions
- Blend everything in a blender & roll into balls.
To be honest, when I first made these I didn’t measure anything. I just threw everything into a blender and tasted it along the way. I estimated the measurements based on what I threw in! Hahaha! These are the best little date balls, they’re packed with vitamins and minerals and give you a lot of energy! I always eat them before a workout! I basically eat 12 a day (not exaggerating) because they’re so healthy and so delicious!
